Johnny Knox and the Chicago Bears find themselves at 3-1 heading into their bye week. On Sunday, the Bears entered halftime tied at 21 against the Detroit Lions, who were coming off their first win in 20 games. However, the Bears were able to outscore Detroit 27-3 in the second half to eventually beat the Lions 48-24.
Knox had five catches for only 31 yards, but it was his 102-yard kickoff return that had everyone talking Sunday. Not to be outdone by his fellow former ACU Wildcat, Danieal Manning led the Bears with 9 tackles and had a 43-yard kickoff return. Knox left the game in the fourth quarter with a shin injury, but told the Chicaog Tribune he was fine.
