Terry Johnson has been working with area residents for over seven years to help with planning for college and balancing family budgets. Most of the people he’s assisted come from lower income or disadvantaged areas. Now he’s launching a new initiative that gives local businesses affordable advertisement, and helps high school students learn business skills and save for college.
