Pat Miller, who was injured in the bus wreck nine miles south of Ballinger Friday, was responding to treatment Saturday evening as doctors began to cut back on her sedation medication, said Wes Witemeyer, a deacon at Hamby Church of Christ, where Miller attends. Miller’s recovery is complicated by multiple sclerosis. Miller is listed in critical condition at Shannon Medical Center in San Angelo.
