ACU took on Tarleton State at Toyota Stadium in Frisco Texas. Tarleton won the game 41-34 in double overtime. ACU quarterback John David Baker ran for 77 yards in the loss. Nick Barnett recovered a fumble and Nick Finney recorded an interception in the loss. Charkandrick West ran for two touchdowns.
