On Saturday, the men’s basketball team played against the University of New Orleans in the Southland Conference championship. After a close game, the Wildcats defeated the Privateers 77-60, earning the title of Southland Conference champion. This also guaranteed a spot for the Wildcats in the NCAA tournament.
