The men’s basketball team defeated the Jackson State Tigers 65-56 in Moody Coliseum on Monday evening. The matchup stood as the basketball season opener in newly renovated Moody Coliseum. The Wildcats now stand 2-0 overall returning from an away loss against the Texas A&M Aggies as they prepare to face McMurry University on Tuesday.
