Gallery: Women’s Basketball narrowly falls in devastating first round matchup

The women’s basketball team was narrowly defeated 81-82 in a crushing loss against Sam Houston State University at Michelob Ultra Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on Monday afternoon. After a consistent lead, the Wildcat’s fell to the Bearkats in the final seconds of the game.

The Optimist and ACUTV partnered together to produce a 3-hour live election show on Tuesday night. A team of 25 students worked for weeks preparing while doing research and interviews with guests like Dr. Phil Schubert and Rep. Stan Lambert.
