Among the multiple events that ACU’s Asian Student Organization has held just in this semester, this kimbap making class was one of the most interactive and delicious by far. Students were instructed by ASO’s Kaitlyn McIntyre in creating this beloved Korean staple. This event created a space for people of all cultures and palettes to take part in Korean culture and experience a taste of its delicious cuisine.
