An unlocked bicycle was stolen from the bike racks at Smith Adams Hall. Video of the suspect was located; the investigation is ongoing.
10/14/2023 12:18 a.m. Noise Violation UP Apt/EN 11th St./ Cedar Crest
ACU PD responded to several noise violation/party calls in the surrounding neighbor hoods off campus and at the University Park Apartments. All parties complied and shut down.
10/14/2023 7:25 p.m. Hit and Run Barret Hall Parking Lot
A vehicle struck a parked vehicle and fled the scene without leaving information. The vehicle and owner were later located. No chargers filed at this time.
