The 2024 Goodbye Blessing commenced with Ryan Richardson, Vice President for Student Life, speaking to the excitement and emotions of becoming a Wildcat. The new Wildcats and their families were then led into a time of worship by members of the A Cappella Chorus. Dr. Phil Schubert, President of the University, concluded the event with a time of prayer, praying a blessing upon new students and their parents.

"Ending my college education early was always the plan for me, but the things that I have been able to see, experience and examine about ACU’s community were not. I have found immense growth in ACU over the past three and a half years, but ACU still has a long road to climb if it wants to keep catering to students as the world changes around them."
