Community members gathered to attend the grand opening of Allen Ridge, Abilene’s new Dining and Retail development on Saturday. The event took place throughout the day and attendees had the opportunity to visit open shops, participate in outdoor activities and attend a free concert. Allen Ridge boasts a lake, playground, fire pit and so much more. Featured businesses include Summer Moon Coffee, The Biscuit Bar and Phoenix Pho.
