The baseball team was defeated 1-3 in its season-opening four game series against North Dakota State at Crutcher Scott Field on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. After a successful first game, the Wildcats fell throughout the remainder of the weekend. They now stand 1-3 as they prepare to face Michigan State in a home series beginning Friday.
