10/24/2023 8:30 p.m. Suspicious Person Morrow Lane
A suspicious person rang a homeowners door bell then left. ACU PD responded but was unable to locate the person.
10/24/2023 11:00 p.m. Harassment Mabee Hall
A student reported an unknown person requested money in order to not release nude photographs of the student to their social media contacts.
10/26/2023 1:54 p.m. Assist Chick-fil-a
An ACU student stopped an assault in progress in the Walmart parking lot and transported the victim to the Chick-fil-a parking lot to await ACU PD. APD responded as well and the suspect was located and arrested.
10/29/2023 12:00 a.m. Disturbance and Alcohol Incidents Campus and Surrounding Streets
ACU PD responded to several noise violations resulting in 3 large parties being shut down involving ACU students and alcohol. ACU PD responded to several calls from Residence Life for underage students being intoxicated in the residence halls on ACU. ACU PD responded to a fight in progress at the UCC Church parking lot, six people were arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
