The cross country teams opened the 2025 season strong at the Naimadu Classic, hosted on their home course at Zoe Park. The men’s team secured a first-place finish in the 6K race, placing six runners in the top 10. Sophomore Andruw Villa and redshirt senior Kevin Castuita led the way for the Wildcats, finishing just behind the individual champion from Odessa College. On the women’s side, ACU took second place behind NJCAA No. 1–ranked Odessa, with sophomore Hannah Kasper breaking into the top five. The Wildcats will return to competition at the UTA Invitational in Arlington on Friday.
