Victims file against manufacturer, dealer

Miller moved to Hendrick Hospice Care

UPDATE: Pat Miller woke from the coma Saturday evening. Emmett Miller posted on Facebook at 9:30 that she was responsive and asking about people. "Still not sure what has happened," he wrote. Two remain critical after wreck

Pat Miller and Tiffany Lutz remain in critical condition, and seven others are in stable condition after the shuttle bus wreck south of Ballinger Friday afternoon that killed ACU sophomore Anabel Reid. A two-alarm fire burnt an Abilene warehouse to the ground at 401 Plum St. on Monday. Abilene Fire Department Lieutenant Greg Goettsch said he believed the fire began in the northwest corner of the 40,000-square-foot building.
