Cowboy Jamboree next for cross country teams

September 30, 2005 by Steve Holt

By Steve Holt, Sports Writer If the ACU men's cross country team competes with opposing runners like they have been competing with each other, Saturday's Oklahoma State Cowboy Cross Country Jamboree could go very well for the Wildcats. The top men's runners fought it out Monday during a tough, hot practice, completing five repeat miles in or ... [Read More…]

‘Seussical’ stays on schedule

September 30, 2005 by Jaci Schneider

By Jaci Schneider, Copy Editor Actors in the Homecoming musical have been cramming for weeks, but their study material is unusual for college students: Dr. Seuss books. Intramural fees–more to it than you think

September 30, 2005 by Optimist Editorial Board

The Students' Association did this very thing last week at its meeting when members saw that ... [Read More…]

We recall a time when the Bean Sprout was the place to be; a great option to the monotony of the World Famous Bean. However, that was also probably a time when it took less than an ... [Read More…]

Leaving chapel early uncalled for

September 30, 2005 by Jonathan Smith

By Jonathan Smith, Editor in Chief I'll admit it: Today I left Chapel early. I stood up during what I thought would be the last song, walked down the steps and out into the concourse area. I did it Wednesday too; in fact, I've essentially done this every Wednesday and Friday for the past two years. Not because I don't like praise days or ... [Read More…]

September 30, 2005 by Mallory Sherwood Schlabach
