Monday, Feb. 2

5:59 a.m. The ACU police issued a traffic stop on Campus Court.
8:22 a.m. The ACU police found a billfold and returned it to the owner.
8:35 a.m. Someone reported harassment at McDonald Hall.
12:50 p.m. Someone reported a hit-and-run accident at the Campus Center parking
lot.
3 p.m. The ACU police found a wallet at Wal-Mart and contacted the owner to pick it up.
7:43 p.m. The ACU police assisted the Abilene police with a vehicle accident on Judge Ely Boulevard.
8:45 p.m. Someone reported an off-campus sexual assault, and the ACU police are assisting the Abilene police with a follow-up.

Tuesday, Feb. 3

12:10 p.m. Someone reported harassment at the Campus Center.
7:53 p.m. The ACU police responded to a 9-1-1 call at the Elmer Gray Stadium, but there was no emergency.
9:03 p.m. The ACU police contacted the owners of a vehicle that needed to be moved from the Sikes Hall parking lot because of a water leak.
11:10 p.m. Someone reported a solicitor in the Gardner Hall parking lot, but the ACU police were unable to locate the subject.

Wednesday, Feb. 4

1:47 p.m. The ACU police issued a citation on College Drive because a subject did not have car insurance.
2:12 p.m. The ACU police assisted the Abilene police with a fight at Wal-Mart.
4:40 p.m. The ACU police escorted a visitor around campus to locate a vehicle.
6:15 p.m. The ACU police escorted a student from Ambler Avenue to Nelson Hall.
8:14 p.m. Someone reported a solicitor at the Big Purple parking lot, but the ACU police were unable to locate the subject.
11:25 p.m. Someone reported a noise violation at University Park apartments.

Thursday, Feb. 5

3:27 p.m. The ACU police responded to a disturbance between two subjects in the Campus Center.
3:45 p.m. Someone reported a magazine salesman at The Grove apartments, but the ACU police were unable to locate a subject.

Friday, Feb. 6

12:25 p.m. Someone reported criminal mischief at the Biblical Studies Building, but the ACU police were unable to locate any subjects.
1:15 p.m. The ACU police assisted the Abilene police with a vehicle accident on Ambler Avenue.
2:31 p.m. The ACU police fingerprinted a subject at the Station.
4:25 p.m. The ACU police responded to a hit-and-run accident in the Campus Center parking lot.
6:41 p.m. The ACU police responded to a 9-1-1 call from the Lunsford Trail, but the subjects were OK.
6:46 p.m. The ACU police responded to a hit-and-run accident on Campus Court.
6:47 p.m. A burglar alarm sounded at the Foster Science Building, but the ACU police were unable to reset the alarm.
10:10 p.m. Someone reported a broken sprinkler head at the Barret Hall parking lot.

Saturday, Feb. 7

5:34 p.m. Someone reported a theft in the Brown Library parking lot.

Sunday, Feb. 8

12:49 p.m. The ACU police assisted the Abilene police with locating a translator.
1:50 p.m. The ACU police assisted a motorist who ran out of gas on Judge Ely Boulevard.
2:18 p.m. The ACU police found a wallet on Lunsford Trail.
2:30 p.m. The ACU police assisted the Abilene police with a disturbance on College Drive.
10:39 p.m. Someone reported a suspicious vehicle on ACU Drive, but the ACU police found two students in the vehicle. The students were OK.

Police tip of the week:
Keep a record of the model and serial numbers of all significant valuables to help the ACU police track and recover stolen property.
