Weekly Highlight Report for March 21 – March 27, 2023

 03/21/2023 4:00 p.m.  Harassment Bible Building

ACU PD was contacted regarding a harassment and violation of a no contact order between 2 ACU students. Upon investigation the suspect was not aware of the no contact order, ACU PD advised him of the order. No violation at this time.  

 

03/22/2023 8:30 a.m.  Sex Offense Off Campus

A sex offense that occurred off of campus was reported to ACU PD. A report was taken and will be forwarded to the appropriate agency if the victim is willing to pursue charges. 

 

3/23/2023 3:30 p.m  Suspicious Activity WPAC Lot 

ACU PD received a report of an unknown white male pulling on vehicle doors in the parking lot of the Williams Performing Arts Center. An officer responded but was unable to locate the subject. 

 

3/24/2023 5:20 p.m.  Trespasser Brown Library

ACU PD responded to the Library for reports of a white female harassing students inside the library. The responding officer contacted the subject who refused to identify herself. The officer advised the subject they needed to leave campus and then escorted her off of campus. 

 

3/27/2023 12:25 p.m.  Suspicious Person 500 Block of College Way

ACU PD received a report of a black male wearing silver chains driving a silver Camaro that approached a female walking her dog. The male asked for the dog and then about the marital status of the female making her feel uncomfortable. ACU PD responded to the area but was unable to locate the subject.
