02/05/2013 9:24 a.m. AUTO-PEDESTRIAN CRASH

Adjunct area – EN 16th Campus Court: ACUPD responded to an auto-pedestrian accident involving 2 ACU students at EN 16 th and Campus Court.

02/06/2013 2:49 p.m. WARRANT ARREST

Adjunct area – EN 20th Campus Court: During an ACUPD traffic stop the driver was found to have an active warrant. The driver was arrested and taken to the Taylor County Jail.

02/06/2013 4:55 p.m. THEFT (NON VEHICLE)
Don Morris Center – Art Dept: A student reported the theft of his bicycle from inside the Don Morris Center. The theft took place within a 30 minute time span.

02/08/2013 5:00 p.m. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
Big Purple Lot: An ACU student reported criminal mischief [multiple key markings] of her vehicle while it was parked in the Big Purple lot from 8:30am to 11:30 a.m.

02/09/2013 1:17 a.m. NOISE VIOLATION

Adjunct area – 2600 block of Madison Ave:

ACUPD received citizen complaints of a large, noisy party in the 2600 block of Madison.

02/11/2013 3:00 p.m. WARRANT ARREST
Adjunct area: 700 block of EN 14th: ACUPD learned that a parole violator was in the 700 block of EN 14th. Officers confronted him and he fled on foot a short distance but surrendered and was taken to Taylor County Jail. The arrestee was also identified as being involved in numerous area “suspicious person” calls involving a male’s seeking yard work, asking personal questions of female tenants, and otherwise frightening residents.

02/11/2013 4:17 p .m. SUSPICIOUS PERSON & WARRANT ARREST

Adjunct area – Suspicious person and warrant arrest: ACUPD received a report of a suspicious male in a truck adjacent to Lunsdford Trail. Investigation revealed that the male had been urinating inside his vehicle in view of passing witnesses. He also had an outstanding municipal warrant; he was arrested and transported to the Taylor County Jail.
