Adjunct Area: 600 block of EN 18th St.: ACUPD officers issued a criminal trespass warning to a house guest who refused the tenant’s request to leave the premises.

09/12/2014 8:15 a.m. BURGLARY (BUSINESS)
ACU Facilities: Bennett Gym: Construction workers reported the theft of a contractor’s utility vehicle (cart) from inside Bennett Gym. ACUPD recovered the vehicle in a creek bed near Stevenson Park.

09/12/2014 2:15 p.m. THEFT (NON VEHICLE)
ACU Residence Hall: Smith Adams Hall: A student’s locked bicycle was stolen from the bike rack at the front of Smith Adams.

09/16/2014 10:45 a.m. FORGERY
ACU Facilities: Police Department: An out-of-state caller reported unauthorized charges on his credit card, probably via internet sale, at the campus book store.

09/16/2014 3:10 p.m. BURGLARY (MOTOR VEHICLE)
ACU Facilities: Mall Area: A campus grounds employee reported the theft of keys from an ACU-owned utility Gator on the north side of the campus center.

ACU Facilities: Mall Area: ACUPD investigated the report of a subject riding a blue motorcycle between Moody Coliseum and the Sherrod Building.
