Breakfast and Company opened on campus this fall replacing Steak and Shake in the food court.

The restaurant is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Its menu consists of breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, waffles, breakfast tacos, milkshakes and more. Breakfast and Company is located next to Chick-Fil-A. 

“The maple breakfast sandwich is the only way to go, there is nothing else,” Obinna Udoye, junior kinesiology major from Cedar Park, said.

Udoye said he was not upset about Steak ‘n Shake being replaced. He said he hoped whatever would replace it would be equally as good or better. 

“I’ve heard they have waffles and I’d like to try them, but I haven’t had the chance yet,” Brianna Farokhirad, sophomore nursing major from Thousand Oaks, CA, said. 

The school sent out a survey to students during the summer asking what kind of restaurant they would like in the food court.

Kendon Flowers, sophomore engineering major from Houston,  said he liked Breakfast and Company because it is something new. His favorite thing on the menu are the breakfast tacos.
