The women’s basketball team opened its season against the Howard Payne Lady Jackets Wednesday evening in a temporary venue, Teague Special Events Center. The Wildcats defeated the Lady Jackets 99-45 and now stand 1-0 as they prepare to face McMurry on Saturday.
