The baseball team fell to the Northwestern State Demons 8-2 in a matchup at Crutcher Scott Field Thursday Evening. Both teams struggled to score throughout the game, but the Demons scored six runs in the 12th inning to come away with the win. The Wildcats now stand 15-9 as they prepare to continue their series against Northwestern State in Abilene Friday and Saturday.
