01/16/2015 11:43 p.m. NOISE VIOLATION

Adjunct Area: 600 block of EN 23rd: ACUPD investigated a reported noise violation in the 600 block of EN 23rd. Subjects were advised and warned.

01/17/2015 2:09 a.m. NOISE VIOLATION

Adjunct Area: 1400 block of Washington Blvd.: ACUPD assisted APD on noise violation investigation in the 1400 block of Washington Blvd. Non-ACU students were involved and issued a warning.

01/17/2015 11:11 p.m. ALCOHOL INCIDENT

Adjunct Area: 1300 block of Washington Blvd.: ACUPD investigated the report of minors in possession of alcohol in the 1300 block of Washington. Non-ACU persons were involved. Municipal citations issued for minor in possession.

01/18/2015 12:45 p.m. SUSPICIOUS PERSON

ACU Residence Hall: Sherrod Park Apartments: ACUPD investigated a report of a suspicious male brandishing a sword on the grounds of Sherrod Park Apts. Unable to locate.

01/18/2015 2:06 p.m. HIT & RUN

ACU Parking Lot: Barrett Hall Lot: A student’s vehicle was struck by a vehicle whose driver left the scene. The driver was located and cited for failing to report the crash.

01/19/2015 6:24 p.m. THEFT

ACU Facilities: Student Recreation and Wellness Center: A student reported the theft of his shorts and money from Gym C at the SRWC.
