Monday, April 13

8:47 a.m. The ACU Police responded to a medical emergency at the Williams Performing Arts Center, but the student refused transportation.
5:37 p.m. A resident complained of indecent exposure on Campus Court, and the ACU Police contacted and advised several shirtless subjects.
7:21 p.m. Someone reported loud music at University Park, but no one answered the door when the ACU Police arrived, and no music was heard.
9 p.m. Someone at University Park reported loud music at the Hunter Welcome Center, but the concert was over when the ACU Police arrived.
9:39 p.m. Someone reported a subject urinating in the Sikes Hall parking lot, but the ACU Police was unable to locate a suspect.

Tuesday, April 14

9:45 a.m. The ACU Police assisted the Abilene Police with a disturbance at Wal-Mart.
1:30 p.m. Someone reported a theft at the Station, but found his property before the ACU Police could respond.
8:05 p.m. The ACU Police responded to an incomplete 911 call at the Elmer Gray Stadium and did not find any suspects.
10:16 p.m. Someone reported a suspicious subject in the Barret Hall parking lot, but the ACU Police was unable to locate a suspect.
10:19 p.m. The ACU Police issued a traffic stop near campus because a driver disregarded a stop sign.

Wednesday, April 15

1:58 a.m. The ACU Police responded to a medical emergency at University Park.
1 p.m. Someone reported a subject shooting an air rifle near campus, and the ACU Police found the subject was shooting a bucket in the backyard. The subject was advised of the city ordinance and complied.
10:55 p.m. The ACU Police responded to a medical emergency at McDonald’s on Judge Ely Boulevard and transported the student to Hendrick Medical Center.
11:17 p.m. Someone reported a theft in the Mabee Business Building parking lot.
11:20 p.m. Someone reported a theft in McKinzie Hall.

Thursday, April 16

1:55 a.m. The ACU Police assisted the Abilene Fire Department with locating a medical call victim on Avenue F.
10 a.m. The ACU Police booted a vehicle in the Mabee Business Building parking lot for outstanding citations, but was unable to identify the owner.
10:21 a.m. Someone reported an elderly woman had fallen in the Campus Center.
5:50 p.m. Someone reported a confused elderly female in the Campus Center, and the ACU Police located her husband and released the female to him.

Friday, April 17

2 a.m. Someone reported a noise violation at The Grove.
10:15 a.m. The ACU Police contacted the owner of a recovered iPhone.
12:05 p.m. The ACU Police assisted the Abilene Police with an attempt to locate a subject involved in a disturbance near campus.
12:20 p.m. The ACU Police unlocked a vehicle in the Brown Library parking lot.
12:27 p.m. The ACU Police assisted the Abilene Police with fight on Stevenson Street, but the subjects were gone upon arrival.
1:41 p.m. Someone reported a vehicle parked on the grass near campus, but the vehicle was parked on private property.
7:58 p.m. Someone reported two guns on the roof of a house near campus, and the ACU Police contacted the owner, discovered they were BB guns and advised the subject.

Saturday, April 18

1:14 a.m. Someone reported an intoxicated student in Gardner Hall.
9:15 a.m. The ACU Police assisted with the Special Olympics at Elmer Gray Stadium.
11:50 p.m. Someone reported a noise violation from the basketball courts at The Grove, and the ACU Police contacted and advised the subjects.

Sunday, April 19

12:13 a.m. Someone reported subjects shooting a BB gun on College Drive, but the subjects were gone when the ACU Police arrived.
1:13 a.m. Someone reported loud music at The Grove, but the resident was not home, so the ACU Police instructed the manager to enter and silence the music.
11:31 p.m. The ACU Police recovered lost property for a student at Moody Coliseum.

Tip:

Protect yourself from motor vehicle burglaries by always locking your car and keeping all valuables out of sight or in the trunk.
