1:05 p.m. Reporting party came to ACUPD to report the burglary of her black 1966 Ford Mustang.  Occurred between 11 a.m. of Sept. 10, and 9 a.m. of Sept. 11.

 

Saturday, Sept. 12

12:17 a.m. Subject reported residents shooting water balloons from the houses across the street from Smith/Adams hall. ACUPD responded and subject said that prior to ACUPD arrival the tenants had apologized and promised that nothing further would occur. 

 

Saturday, Sept. 12

7:35 a.m. Subject called ACUPD to report a suspicious female carrying shoulder bag walking up their driveway. On arrival, ACUPD did not ID the female because she was just shopping.

 

Saturday, Sept. 12

11:23 a.m. Subject said one of the statues located on the west side of education building had been placed on the awning of chambers hall. ACUPD located the statue and it was not damaged.

 

Sunday, Sept. 13

1:10 a.m. Stopped vehicle for invalid inspection certificate and failure to maintain financial responsibility. Citation given.

 

Monday, Sept. 14

11:40 p.m. Subject in mall area was unable to walk due to a motor vehicle accident several days ago.  EMS was called and transported her to Hendricks Medical Center.

 

Tuesday, Sept. 15

8:09 a.m. Subject called ACUPD to report her vehicle had been broken into. Subject had already called APD, and APD worked the case.
