ACU Facilities: Student Wellness and Recreation Center: ACU student reported his Apple iPhone 4S stolen while he was playing basketball at the Rec Center.

04/24/2013 4:54 p.m. THEFT (NON VEHICLE)
ACU Facilities: Student Wellness and Recreation Center: Rec Center personnel reported the theft of a $250 metal lounge chair from the swimming pool area.

04/25/2013 4:35 p.m. THEFT (NON VEHICLE)
Mabee Edwards parking lot:  A student reported the theft of his green Schwinn bicycle from the Edwards Hall bike rack.

04/26/2013 9:50 a.m. THEFT (NON VEHICLE)
Mabee Hall: A student reported the theft of cash from his dorm room desk.

04/27/2013 12:12 a.m. NOISE VIOLATION
Adjunct Area – 2400 block of Madison Ave.: ACUPD responded to a citizen report of a loud party at 2440 Madison Ave. A resident was issued a municipal citation for violation of the noise ordinance.

Adjunct Area – 2200 block of Campus Court: ACUPD responded to a citizen complaint of a large party and noise violation a backyard in the 2200 block of Campus Court.
