ACUPD has conducted an investigation into a student who reported an incident of being videotaped without consent. Case was dropped by the reporting party.

Officers responded to a report of suspected marijuana use in Edwards Hall and subsequently arrested a student for Class B possession of marijuana and issued a municipal citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
02/03/2017 9:55 p.m.
Officers were called to a loud music noise violation in the 600 block of EN 20th. The tenant quickly complied with instructions to lower the music volume.

Officers received a report of a loud noise party in the 2100 block of Lincoln. The party had dispersed by the time officers arrived and the house was quiet.
02/04/2017 3:40 a.m.
An officer stopped an intoxicated driver on Campus Court who had just been involved in a collision with a parked vehicle. the subject was arrested for DWI.
02/05/2017 12:38 a.m.
Several area residents reported a loud party in the 600 block 15th. ACU tenants shut the party down and had all attendees leave.
02/06/2017 2:30 p.m.
Officers were summoned to Barret Hall regarding marijuana use. Investigating officers issued a municipal citation for possession of drug paraphernalia to one student.
