01/18/2018  4:40 pm THEFT ACU RESIDENCE HALL: MCKINZIE HALL

A student’s bicycle was stolen from the McKinzie Hall bike rack during Winter Break.

 

01/20/2018  11:20 pm NOISE VIOLATION ADJUNCT AREA: 600 EN 18th

ACUPD responded to a reported noise violation/loud party in the 600 block of EN 18th The renter closed the party and was warned of citations for future complaints.  

 

01/21/2018 12:14 am NOISE VIOLATION NON-ADJUNCT AREA: 2100 REPUBLIC

ACUPD responded to a reported noise violation/loud party with alcohol in the 2100 block of Republic. The tenant closed the party. No underage alcohol violations found. Warning issued with future citations on future complaints.  

 

01/21/2018 12:53 am NOISE VIOLATION ADJUNCT AREA: 800 EN 14th

ACUPD responded to a reported noise violation/loud party in the 800 blk of EN14th.  The tenant has been previously warned, so a Municipal Citation for Noise Violation was issued. Party was shut down.

 

01/21/2018  2:23 am NOISE VIOLATION ADJUNCT AREA: 600 EN 18th

ACUPD responded to a reported noise violation/loud party in the 600 block of EN 18th. Officers contacted the tenant who closed the party. Warning issued for future citations on future complaints.  

 

01/21/2018  5:25 pm SUSPICIOUS PERSON ACU FACILITIES: WILLIAMS PERFORMING ARTS CENTER

An officer detained a person who was acting erratically in the WPAC Parking lot. Investigation revealed he had outstanding warrants for his arrest. Subject was arrested and transported to jail.  

 

01/22/2018 11:06 pm HIT & RUN ACU PARKING LOT: CAMPUS CENTER LOT

A student reported that an unknown driver had crashed into their vehicle and fled the scene without notifying the owner.
