09/22/2021 1:46 p.m. SUSPICIOUS PERSON ACU FACILITIES:  LUNSFORD TRAIL

A citizen reported a subject walking on Lunsford Trail throwing items out of his bag and cursing loudly and possibly on drugs.  Officers contacted the subject who is a transient and stated he was having a bad day. The subject was not intoxicated or any sign of drugs.  The subject was released and left our campus.

 

09/24/2021 5:09 a.m. INDECENT EXPOSURE ACU PARKING LOT:  ACU DRIVE NORTH

A citizen reported about 30 minutes earlier she was walking on ACU Dr N when she was approached by a male on a bicycle that was masturbating and propositioned her for sex.  The male reportedly left his bicycle in front of Hendrick Urgent Care.  Officers did not locate the suspect.

 

09/25/2021 12:15 a.m. FIGHT ACU PARKING LOT:  MABEE-EDWARDS LOT

ACUPD Officers observed 3 subjects in the parking lot having some type of altercation and one subject was bleeding from his mouth and chin area.  Upon investigating the incident, they found two subjects were arguing over a game and they advised everything was OK.  Officers determined two subjects were intoxicated and issued them citations.

 

 09/25/2021    10:58 p.m. THEFT ACU RESIDENCE HALL:  MABEE HALL

A student reported her purse was stolen from Mabee Hall.

 

09/27/2021 7:35 p.m. DRAG RACING ADJUNCT AREA:  900 BLK EN 16TH ST

A student reported unknown subject(s) were drag racing on EN 16th.  Officers checked the area and were unable to locate them at this time.
