A citizen reported an unknown suspect(s) stole a chair from the business building. NOTE: Incident was investigated, and the suspect(s) have been identified and the chair has been returned to the owner.

ACUPD responded to Barret Hall reference students in possession of alcohol. The students were issued citations for Minor in Possession of Alcoholic Beverage.
11/04/2021 1:00 p.m. THEFT ACU FACILITIES: BROWN LIBRARY
A student reported she locked her bicycle at the East bike rack outside the Brown Library. Upon returning to the bike rack, she discovered her bicycle had been stolen.
11/07/2021 11:46 p.m. ALCOHOL INCIDENT ACU RESIDENCE HALL: MABEE HALL
ACUPD responded to Mabee Hall reference a student in possession of alcohol. The student was issued a citation for Minor in Possession of Alcoholic Beverage.
11/08/2021 8:45 p.m. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF ACU FACILITIES: MAIN CAMPUS
A witnessed contacted ACUPD and advised he witnessed approximately 6 subjects who appeared to be high school age park two pickups on ACU Dr then walk towards the middle of the campus carrying eggs. Officers checked the area and observed several places that had been “egged”. Officers located the 6 subjects, and they were identified and issued a Criminal Trespass warning to all of them. Incident is still under investigation.
