3/21/2025 2330 hrs. Alcohol Incident, Dillard Hall
ACUPD was called to a dorm room in Dillard Hall for an alcohol incident. Three students were found to be in possession of alcohol and admitted to consuming it. The alcohol was seized and destroyed. The students were referred to the Dean of Students for conduct violations.
3/21/2025 1530 hrs. Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information, ACU Campus
An unknown suspect attempted to gain access to an account at ACU using a fraudulent Texas driver’s license. They were denied access, and the investigation is ongoing.
3/20/2025 1845 hrs. Private Property Collision, WPAC Lot
An ACU student was driving in the Williams Performing Arts Center Lot and struck a parked car. There were no injuries, and a private property collision report was taken.
3/19/2025 1500 hrs. Elevator Call, Wildcat Stadium
A contractor was on the elevator in Wildcat Stadium when it malfunctioned and stopped. ACUPD and AFD responded. AFD was able to open the doors and rescue the stuck contractor. Facilities was notified and the elevator placed out of service.
