10/11/2025 2230 hrs. Alcohol Incident, Smith Adams Hall
ACUPD responded to report of alcohol in a dorm room. Residence Life was on scene and found alcohol in a dorm room. The students who reside in the room were referred to the Dean of Students for the conduct violations. No citations issued.
10/8/2025 1800 hrs. Reckless Damage, Nelson Club House
An unknown suspect damaged the fence surrounding the Nelson Club House. The damage was likely caused by a vehicle leaving the roadway on Judge Ely North. The investigation is ongoing.
10/8/2025 1300 hrs. Accident, ACU Drive
ACUPD responded to a traffic accident on ACU Drive South. There were no reported injuries and a report was taken.
