Police log: Marijuana found in UP apartment

10/27/2025 15000 hrs.  Theft, Smith Adams Lot

A student reported that his bike was stolen from the bike rack at the Smith Adams bike racks. Surveillance video was reviewed, and a suspect was observed taking the bike. The investigation is ongoing to identify the suspect. 

10/22/2025 1500 hrs. Possession of Marijuana, UP Apartments

ACUPD responded to an administrative search of an apartment at the UP Apartments. Marijuana and drug paraphernalia was found. The student residents were referred to the Dean of Students for conduct violations.
