The Wildcats needed a Drew Cuffee 81-yard interception in overtime to beat Texas A&M Commerce 20-14 at the Cotton Bowl Saturday. The NCAA rejected the university's appeal Tuesday of sanctions placed on the 2007 football team, ending a two-year investigation.
