Police Log: Suspicious activity reported at ACU-owned rental house

10/09/2024 1600 hrs. Suspicious Activity, Adjunct Area  ACUPD responded to an ACU-owned rental house in the 600 block of EN 16th St for reports that the door appeared to have been kicked in. Police Log: Alcoholic beverages confiscated in Dillard Hall

9/24/2024 1415 hrs. Alcohol Incident, Dillard Hall ACUPD provided standby while ACU staff conducted an administrative search of a room in Dillard Hall. Alcoholic beverages were discovered and confiscated by ACUPD for disposal. No citations were issued but a referral to the Dean of Students was made for the alcohol violation.    9/22/2024 ... Police Log: Armed person seen on Lunsford Trail

9/16/2024 1220 hrs. Suspicious Person Lunsford Trail ACUPD received a report of an armed person walking on the Lunsford Trail. The subject was contacted, advised of the law for carrying a firearm and then issued a criminal trespass warning to not return to the ACU campus. Police Log: Student suffers flag football injury
